Today at the drag strip, Cleetus McFarland brought us a thrilling competition sponsored by Chomps, featuring a new smoky barbecue beef stick with 10g of protein, 100 calories, and zero sugar. Contestants had to guess quarter-mile times for a chance to win $100, with the possibility of doubling their money if they were within half a second of the actual time. The drag racing action kicked off with Kevin's Lexus, boasting 500 wheel horsepower and clocking in at 11:42.
Next up was Elijah's Mustang, packing a punch with 30-33 lb of boost and an estimated 6-700 horsepower, impressively crossing the line at 10:21. The competition heated up with Andrew's Marauder, a stock vehicle surprising everyone with a time of 13:88. The Ford Explorer, equipped with 39 mm turbos and a stock setup, managed a respectable 13:67.
Chris brought a unique Ford Barra turbo to the track, boasting 825 horsepower on 26 lbs, and despite some challenges, recorded a time of 9:71. Lastly, Major's stock 2015 car hit the strip, surprising many with a time of 13:88. The day was filled with excitement, adrenaline, and unexpected outcomes as each contestant pushed their vehicle to the limit in pursuit of victory.
