In this episode of Hoonigan, the guys are revved up and ready to go as they team up with CSR2, the wildly popular mobile drag racing game. With over 150 million downloads, 500 cars, and 65 manufacturers, CSR2 is bringing the heat to the Hoonigan crew. They're thrilled to share the ultimate customization options available in the game, including tires, rims, and body kits from renowned brands like Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, and Vside.
But the real excitement kicks into high gear when they introduce the star of the show: a 2020 McLaren 570S Spider. This beast of a car boasts a stock showroom performance of 600 horsepower, making it an absolute track monster. The team explores the car's features, from its pelli tires and ceramic carbon rotors to its sleek design and simple race car-like interior. They even give us a glimpse under the hood, revealing the limited access for maintenance, which can only be done by McLaren themselves.
Next up, they shift gears and shift our attention to a heavily modified 2006 Dodge Ram truck. This bad boy is packing a punch with a 6.7L D&J Precision enforcer motor, bullet rods, and a compound turbo setup. With a whopping 1,300 horsepower and the ability to spray nitrous for an extra boost, this truck means business. The team highlights the truck's unique features, such as the massive intercooler that extends to the bottom of the front bumper, ensuring optimal cooling for those high-performance runs.
The episode culminates in an epic race between the McLaren and the truck. Despite some initial hiccups, the McLaren takes the win, leaving the truck in its dust. However, the team plans a rematch, eager to see if the truck can redeem itself. With the adrenaline pumping and the competition fierce, Hoonigan delivers yet another thrilling episode that leaves us craving more high-octane action.
