After a long and arduous battle with the City of Huntington Beach, they have finally obtained the engineering plans necessary to update their 35-year-old building. However, there's a catch, and it's a big one. As they step foot into their headquarters, the guys showcase their impressive collection of cars, including the magnificent M Lago and the stunning Goldilocks. The DD 720 GTR in its vibrant pink hue also catches the eye. The team discusses the progress of their various projects, with the F12 and its upcoming journey to the Philippines taking center stage. But the real bombshell drops when they finally locate Dave, who reveals the grim truth about the updates. It turns out that the mezzanine, which was never approved by the city, needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt. This means saying goodbye to the wall and the stairs as well. However, amidst the chaos, there is a glimmer of hope. Once the updates are complete, the back room will be free of any posts, allowing for more space and the ability to bring in even more cars. The team contemplates the challenges they will face during the construction period, particularly the dilemma of where to store all their cars and equipment. They also discuss the possibility of expanding the entryway and adding ventilation fans to improve the overall working environment. Despite the setbacks, the team remains determined to overcome the obstacles and continue creating their unique brand of automotive content. Getting a different building is a better idea than waiting for the current one to be finished
